Vrr Constructions — cheaters, they will cheat you legally, they will threaten to kill you

Vrr constructions is a fraudulent firm, if you give 50, 000 rs as booking amount, then you are booked, if you continue to purchase a house they will cheat you for 15 lakhs, even if you cancel the agreement also they will cheat you for around 10 lakhs, they have different kinds of frauds, such as
1. They will convert your white money to black money
2. They wont give receipts correctly
3. Lands in all their ventures are not clear title, disputed, not registered on their name
4. They wont take any approval from ghmc or huda for layout, lands are not converted to non-agriculture, plan permissions are not taken, wont even take gp approval
5. They take general power of attorney and do construction, in which if complications come to consumer later point of time, customer has to bare all those charges/legal issues
6. They change the plotting in the venture, so the plot mentioned in your agreement may vary
7. The loans they issue are not clear, no bank will issue a loan on disputed land, but the bankers tied with vrr and issue the loans even on disputed lands, bankers are also tied up with vrr, they will give pre-approved loans, which means in venture if we have 10 survey numbers, if one survey number is clear title, based on that they give loans for disputed area also
8. They register plots/houses for more than one party also
9. If you want to cancel the agreement let us suppose for 25 lakhs, they will deduct 10% of this as cancellation amount, i. E 2.5 lakhs
10. They will give agreement in vrr letter head only, if in case if you approach court due to delay in possession or quality of construction also, it wont support our allegations, always get the agreement written on stamp paper which is both sided favourable
11. All their ventures are not rera registered
12. If in case of cancellation, they issue cheques for returning your money, they will give cheques on someone else's name who are not involved in the firm registration, in that case if they bounce the cheques also, you can not fight with them legally, since they simply say that they do not know the person whom the cheques are issued on
13. Construction quality is also not good, they are using robo sand instead of river sand, wood used is also not of good quality, for windows they are using left over pieces of main door, marbles are also 3rd quality, overall if they charge you 30 lakhs for an independent house, it literally comes for 15 lakhs for them, they are making profit of 15-20 lakhs on a single home, that is why they grow rapidly in the short span
14. For bank loans, they will collect your signature samples, take the loans with out your intervention, notice to you.
15. Atleast, if you fight with them they take all the evidences back, makes you evidence less to fight in court, even if you ahead they will threaten to kill you

So never go to vrr, if you are going there means your fate is not good, i suffered around 3 years because of them, finally cancelled my home, did not get the money back, lost my home, lost almost 10 lakhs

Can't understand why almost all the builders behaving like this. God should save buyers from these kind of cheaters. They take our money and treating us very badly. They dont have heart. They simply cheating every buyer. I dont know what this RERA or CREDAI doing, why cant they black list these kind of builders and issue public notice for awareness? .
