Vserve ebusiness — Not able to resolve the complaint for the past 10 days | |||
Every time a complaint is raised the technician comes and fixes it for that moment. Exactly 1 hr after he leaves the problem comes back. For the past 10 days the issue was not solved at all. Raised a complaint to level2 escalation. They sent out automatic response. Problem was not resolved and became worse after their person checked. Level 3 escalation by email and telecall was a big JOKE. They gave a response that this is the first time it has come to their desk and hence will take 48 hours. AIRTEL is a BIG JOKE.
