Vsk2 International — dead new found defective

I ordered i8 earpods from vsk2 international at their website www.i8earpods.com with order id wc6551 the product was prepaid and was delivered to me by bluedart on 12.09.2018.

I am not satisfied with the product and wish to return it but i cannot find any proper channel for returning the product.
They just have an email id [protected]@i8earpods.com mentioned in their contact details.

I am not able to return the product as they are not reaponding to emails sent to the given email id [protected]@i8earpods.com.
