Vsk2 International — i8earpods.com - defective product, no customer service

I recently purchase earpods from fraudulent company - vsk2 international, gurgaon through instagram. Payment was done with payumoney.

They dont have any fair return policy and the item recieved is not even new and not working,
This company is cheating customer. Please donot buy any products from i8earpods.com.

The pods are too big and they dont even connect properly. Only one of them works.

I have written multiple emails to [protected]@i8earpods.com, but there is absolutely no response. They dont have a number to call not a proper address where i can return the item.
