Vtdr Tech Pvt Ltd — purchase of dell optiplex refurbished desktop from vtdr tech pvt ltd

Dear sir,
I bought two refurbished dell optiplex desktop from fraud vtdr tech pvt ltd its owner vikas tomar from noida (Mobile [protected]) for rs.31800/- he gave me guarantee for three months on site but both system stopped working within month after i put to use the system.

He has not disclosed his address anywhere i asked his address many times but he is unmoved, provided cash bill without gst, when i complained he blocked my mobile number.
