Vu Televisions — Zero support & Accountability for VU TV Installation & Customer Care Team | |||
Team, I had faith in this brand, which lead me to buy this tv (Vu Cinema TV -Action Series -2021 Model) ) on the launch day itself. Since then, I am following up with VU customer care over calls & emails to get it installed but they are not ready to support it & keep redirecting to Amazon for the installation. I have never seen such a pathetic customer support system, where they don't have time to listen to customer request & non-supporting attitude, even in the first phase of interaction with the brand (installation/demo) Please find attached the invoice for more details related to the purchased product & my conversation details with your team. My Name is Hareesh Kurapati Native of Warangal, I have purchased VU 65 Inches TV from Sadguru Electronics - Properator (Venugopal[protected], I have taken delivery on 25th Evening. For Installation, an Executive of VU Name Sathish Boddu - Number [protected], He is telling that he have given me call for 5 times and my mobile which does not have any record of his number. He is arguing instead of Installation. He is saying if you argue then do what ever you want. If you stay with patience then I will do installation. What is this type of JOB and what is this type of attitude. What should I do if I get a bitter experience from VU Exeuctive who comes for Installation. Is this right way to speak. What is this Issue. Why we have purchased this product and what type of experience which I never tolerate at all. Please help me.
