Same as all complaints on this company. The company executive promised a pms product as per their website with 12.5% returns. I went through the website and was impressed. The salesmen kept following up and lured me to invest. I have invested 1 lac. 1st month i received the promised monthly return. After that he stopped. I followed up many times on this phone ([protected]) with this bogus guy named vijay. Initially he was responding to my call. He kept giving some reasons. Later he stopped responding to my call. Its now more than 6 months that he has not responded. This vijay. He then completely stopped responding. Real fraud. Pl let me know how to lodge police complaint as i stay in blore.
We need to fix this guy and recover our money.

I had deposited rs. 20k in hdfc bank on a/c type:current account

In the month of october 2015 i got message and said that i will receive monthly return of 12.5% every month on my investment and after that i received call from mobile number +[protected] and [protected] and they promised on 12.5% return on deposited amount then i made a deposit in the above mentioned account.
After deposit i haven't received any documents and return amount till today also they are not responding to my call and not picking up any call.
They are not paying any single rupee as a return as they promised. [protected]@gmail.Com[protected]

I have deposited Rs. 50K in HDFC Bank on A/c Type:Current Account A/c Name:Wallscripts Analysis A/c Number:[protected] IFSC Code: HDFC0002481 HDFC Bank Chembur Bramch. In the month of Oct 2015 I was told that I will receive Monthly return of RS 6250/- on my investment by Wallscripts Analysis represemtative Mr. Vishal Agarwall (phone +[protected] mobile no. [protected]) I was told to send SMS ..'.PMS' to Mobile no. [protected] if I am interested in the Scheme and subsequently asked to deposit money in the above referred bank account. Accordingly I deposited money and I received a receipt on my email on[protected] stating activation date as[protected]. There after I have not heard anything nor I received my pay out as promised.. Same as the previous complaints.For getting money they called me in night hours.After receiving the money they not even responded for my calls and mails.All the investors who are cheated with this people kindly complaint in Ahemadabad police online.I filed complaint online.More complaints to be made so that polce can move forward to this online cheats

In mid August, I received an ad SMS from wallscriptsanalysis.com, claiming to give returns of 12.5% per month on the amount invested with them in their PMS (portfolio Management Services) scheme.

I called the contact number mentioned in the sms to have some more understanding about their services. Mr. Pradeep Shah (+[protected], a representative of the firm received my call and explained their company's business and services provided to their clients.

He also mentioned, that they will give Bank guarantee for the amount invested and a written assurance on a Rs.100 stamp paper guarantying the returns of 12.5% of the amount one invest and returns will be credited directly to ones bank account after a month from the date of transfer. He also shared a sample agreement copy (of some other investor) to gain my trust.

Before investing with them, I did check online for any complaints / Frauds mentioned against them, but couldn't find any. Looking at all the assurance giving by Mr. Shah and finding no complaints against the company, I went ahead and invested INR 20K on 19th Oct in my wife's name and transferred the amount Online to their HDFC bank account no. [protected] (IFSC Code: HDFC0002481).

Mr. Pradeep confirmed receiving my funds in their bank account and mailed me the payment receipt for same and confirmed to issue the Rs. 100 stamp paper agreement in a week's time.

I waited for almost 2 weeks but didn't hear from Mr. Shah and called him to check the status. He mentioned they have been very busy during the festive period, as they had lots of investment and the department preparing the agreement has been overloaded with work. He assured to send me the agreement copy by 2nd Nov. which never happened.

Now its been more than a month and Mr. Pradeep Shah has stopped responding to my calls. I called their Customer care no. (+91 [protected]) on 20th Nov. from an alternate no. of mine which they didn't had in their records and some Mr. Vijay picked my call, when inquired about my returns, he mentioned, he will check the status and update in 10 mins and disconnected the call without even listening to me and as I expected, I never got a call.

Since then they have stopped taking calls.

I request you to help me and other victims to get their investments back.

I also request everyone to do not invest with this fraudsters.

I am already posted complaint about the same company, a couple of weeks ago. Just to refresh.. WallScriptsAnalysis.com, a Ahmadabad based company claims to give returns of 12.5% per month. They also claim to give the bank guarantee for the money invested and a written assurance for the payout. They supposedly are into intraday trading. 4 months back I invested Rs. 50k and was supposed to receive Rs.6250 as the payout (12.5%) on 29th August. I lodged a complaint in this forum after 3 month of the due date, as I did not receive any response from the company. On September they transfered the 1st payout with assurance that this delay will not happen again. I was supposed to receive the 2nd payout on 29th September. Today even after 3 months there is no sign of them working on this. They do not respond to my repeated calls. So, now I just want to get my 4th payout and the amount invested (total Rs.74000) and just be done with it. As earlier, I caution other investors to be ware of this fraudster. They selected this route to make money easily from cheating publics. also what they shown address in website that totally fake.I am checked personally. If anyone interested to visit their office please join hands with me. So I am planned to give police complaints to save investors in future.so please join hands with me to punish this fraudsters. I called the contact number provided. One Mr. vijay malli ([protected]), Not received the call.After some time one more person named aloke([protected]) called me.
He explained that their company is into PMS (portfolio Management Services) and is based in Ahmadabad, Gujarat. He said that they invest money in stock mkt. He also said that they will give Bank guarantee for the amount invested and a written assurance on a Rs.100 stamp paper regarding the 12.5% returns.
Since he assured me about the bank guarantee, I asked him to send me the necessary form to enroll myself. I also checked google to see if any complaints have been filed against this company so far. Till that time nothing showed on the search, I believed them.
After filling the forms, I scanned and sent him by email to [protected]@wallscriptsanlaysis.com. He asked to transfer the money online to their HDFC account and said that the returns will be credited to my bank account after 1 month from the date of transfer.
I transferred an amount of rs.50, 000 and then an additional This transfer was done from my idbi bank.
Now it is more than 80 days. Mr. vijay malli dose not answer the call. He only sends sms once in awhile says "I will call you later". Before I transferred the money, he would call regularly. Now he does't even answer the call. and aloke also not answering me.
If the company is genuine, then they need to keep their promise and send me the returns. Or else they can return my invested money.

Already i sent several mails for withdrawal. But no reply from them.

I request your kind self to help me in this regard.

On 5th October they transfered the 1st payout with assurance that this delay will not happen again. I was supposed to receive the 2nd payout on 19th October. Today even after 10days there is no sign of them working on this. They do not respond to my repeated calls. So, now I just want to get my 2nd payout and the amount invested (total Rs.33750) and just be done with it. As earlier, I caution other investors to be ware of this fraudster.

He further explained that the stock market works for approx 21days in a month and so on a average they get Rs.14000 to Rs.16000 per 1lakh per month. Out of this they give the investor (like myself) Rs.12500 and they keep the remaining as their profit etc. He also said that they will give Bank guarantee for the amount invested and a written assurance on a Rs.100 stamp paper regarding the 12.5% returns.
Since he assured me about the bank guarantee, I asked him to send me the necessary form to enroll myself. I also ran a google search to see if any complaints have been filed against this company so far. Since nothing showed on the search, I believed them.
After filling the forms, I scanned and sent him by email to [protected]@wallscriptsanlaysis.com and couriered the hard copy to the address mentioned. He asked to transfer the money online to their HDFC account and said that the returns will be credited to my bank account after 1 month from the date of transfer.
Since I did not have enough money, I transferred an amount of rs.25, 000 and then an additional Rs.5000 as Mr. Pradeep shah wanted a round figure for ease of calculations. This transfer was done from my wife's bank of india online account to the hdfc current account details provided to me (A/C no: [protected]).
Now it is more than 50 days. Mr. Pradeep shah dose not answer the call. He only sends sms once in awhile says "I will call you later". Before I transferred the money, he would call regularly. Now he does't even answer the call.
If the company is genuine, then they need to keep their promise and send me the returns. Or else they can return my invested money.
I request your kind self to help me in this regard.
