Wasan Motors — fraud charges and improper car work, no proper response don't know how to repair the car just charging extra money

My name is jimeet shah. I had purchased tata hexa car in 2017 from wasan motors. Had a problem with new car after purchase of 2days in the back side door which not properly closing and had twice sent to the qoekshop for repair and then they replaced it.
Had a major accident on 24th march 2018. I had claimed zero depth insurance and car was taken for repairs on 27th march 2018. I was told that the car would be perfectly repaired and be will be delivered in 1month and will be fully claimed in insurance. But my car was with wasan motors for 3 and invalid reasons were given for the delay. When i went for the pickup for the car in june 2018 i was charged 10000rs. Saying you have to pay for things that does not come under insurance and i paid and after that the staff namely sanket and 1 more person who was handling my car said that if any problem persists in 20days it would be done free of charge because after the repairs some work comes in the car. So in 7-10 days my in rainy season water was falling inside the car from the roof top my reverse cam was not working properly so again i sent the car to wasan motors for repairs. Again i received the car after 10-12days. After that again in 5 days my car front mirror both side strips came out and again i had to sent my car for repairs and again my car was delivered after 15days. Again my car had a problem on 6th oct. With the ac and back noise etc. So again i had sent the car for repairs and again after 1 month i got my car back. Then my car had ac problem and had back side noise and door rubber problem so again i had sent my car within 5-10 days of the previous work to wasan motors workshop and again for 15 days the car was in the workshop. And after that when i went to the workshop mr. Sanket said you will be charged 7000rs. For the labour work of ac and door rubber so i said it comes under warranty and you dint repair the car properly after the accident so they said sir we dont know that it had a problem. So i said its your duty to check the car properly and then no response. Mr. Kishan in wasan motors superior of mr. Sanket said sir we cannot do anything you have pay the amount. Like it was they were not ready to accept their mistake and just wants to charge money illegally.

Still my car is making same noise and i had to repair it from other car repair shop.

I will sell the car will never but the tata car again.
