I have an AMC with IFB senorita plus washing machine. I had a problem with the machine and I booked a complaint 5 days ago. When I booked the complaint, I was assured of 24 hour service. Every day diligently I have been following up with the customer care and everyday they promise that the problem will be attended to the same day and then the day passes with no action. As on date, I have been given the contact of Harinidhi enterprises who was supposed to attend to this issue. Their contact number gets no response. They have not bothered to call me either.
Why does IFB charge a bomb for AMC if this is the level of service. I have been a user of IFB machine for a decade and I think this is the last IFB product I will every buy Was this information helpful? |
