I had given a 25 k worth saree on 21st of october for dry cleaning to these people since they seemed to be quite reputable. It's the 25th of november today and they're still searching for it. They gave me an excuse saying all the laundry in that batch got held up due to the rains that hit chennai sometime in the first week of november.
Its more than a month now and they are still being so irresponsible to the matter.
Please don't choose to give your clothes here!!! Very bad customer service and irresponsible staff! They fake by saying they do laundry for top star hotels. Was this information helpful? |
