I just entrapped by this company the showed me original fastrack watch and after buying it now i received fake fastrack watch. I want my money back.
I had purchased a 3 watch deal combo from this website called "watchdeals.in"
On the website they displayed 3 good fastrack original watches which shows its original price as rs.9, 999/-
But on this website the offer for these 3 watches was rs.1398/-.
I had placed the order on the website and opted for the cod mode of payment. I never got any email after placing an order which was suspicious in itself.
But two days later i got a call from delhivery air courier service saying the parcel is ready for delivery. When it was delivered i was shocked with horror to see such dirty, old, rattling watches with dented back battery covers. I want a refund for this definitely from the retailer/dealer. I have paid in cash rs.1398/-

I don't get what I have ordered for. They are different and not as promised quality. Some cheap watches made to look like fasttrack. Pls resolve, else I need my money back.

I ordered for a combo of 3 watches but what i got was totally different from waht i actually ordered and now I am not able to contact these site as they doesnot show any option for return or support in their website. The amount paid was 1398 and I want to return that order and want the money returned.
