I HAD PURCHASED GEYSER MODEL ESSI 3KW SR NO 12A[protected] FROM RONAK ELECTRONICS ON 3RD AUG 2012 . PERFORMANCE OF THE GEYSER WAS VERY GOOD AND SUDDENLY PROBLEM APPEARED ON26TH JULY. COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED TO RONAK ELECTRONICS AND THR EMAIL TO SYMPHONY CUSTOMER CARE. CUSTOMER CARE NO AND EMAIL IS USELESS AS THIS IS NOT USERFRIENDLY. ANY HOW SERVICE PERSON CAME TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT AFTER A LOT OF FOLLOWUP (SERVICE REQ NO SU-VA-2H13002). ON 2NDOR 3RD AUG, THIS IS REPAIRED AND AGAIN WITHIN 2DAYS PROBLEM APPEARED. AGAIN I CALLED TO MR SAMEER SHAH (AGENCY FOR SERVICE) AND SORRY TO SAY THAT AGAIN SERVICE PERSON CAME AFTER 3 DAYS . IN THE MEAN TIME I TOOK HELP OF LOCAL ELECTRICIAN WHO INTIMATED ME THAT COIL LIFE IS OVER . I INTIMATED THIS TO MR SAMEER AND MR SAMEER SEND HIS TECHNICIAN ON 3RD AUG WITHOUT ANY ACCESSORIES . I BECAME ANNOYED AND HE DECLARED THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE INTEREST FOR REPAIR. THIS IS VERY RIDICULOUS APPROACH. PLS GUIDE ME HOW TO PROCEED.
