My name is Anil kumar.
I am resident of village kalheri, Tehsil Gharaunda, District karnal(Haryana).
Sir I want to say that my neighbor waste a lot of water daily.Actually govt. installed a spout to every day but in some houses there is two spout.And they do not use valve for closing the spout because of which many thousand litre of water are waste.if someone stop them they fight with us.some place do not get drinking water but here thousand of litre water are waste daily.
So sir I requested to you please check this matter and solve this problem.

Whenever I passes from there will be a bad smell all the day even some people vomit there because of that bad smell
