Water Wastage — water is being wasted since half an hour

They switched on motor and left it even after the tank was full. I was unable to digest as we couldn't see the water wastage. I shouted at them to switch off the motor but they locked and went out leaving motor on. I could literally see water getting wasted since half an hour. As we are near to start scarcity, this is very painful and indigestible to watch.

I am sidakjeet singh . My residence is shastri nagar, kanpur . In my neighbourhood uncle is wasting a lot of water as he is washing the footpath and road every alternate days . I had talked with him but he is not listening anyway.i want to be a strict action taken on this issue...
