Hi,

Yesterday i booked two sheets for Conjuring 2 (Hindi) at Waves Kaushambi.

Show Date:- 19/6/2016

Show timing:- 3:15 PM.

My amount got deducted from my account but didn't get the confirmation mail from Waves side, after that i contacted at your Customer Care they told me that tickets are not confirmed due to some techincal error.

So Refund this amount asap.

Please find below details that have my order number and amount which got deducted.

Hi,
A gentle reminder of previous mail I haven't received my money yet please look into this matter asap.

This is the other mail which i have written but not received any details regarding the fulfillment of the above stated problem, it has been a week but no refund ha been done my Wave Cinemas.

Its very unfortunate that my issues has not been addressed.

I have attached the mail received by merchant which have details for the deduction amount.
