Way2SMS.com — my account was hacked because of way2sms

As my mobile number and mail id has been fetched by way2sms. Because of their technical breach and non-safety measures in maintaining the database, my corporation bank account was hacked and the amount has been withdrawn. Remove my account from the database i just don't want to hear anything from way2sms. It's not necessary as well. Spammers and hackers are using the confidential database and troubling us in a greater way and you can't take action upon that isn't it? Such a big shame!!!
