A caller called Abhishek told he is calling from way2sms gaziabad. You have won lucky draw. You will receive sms pack of 3000 sms, 22 carat triple coated gold necklace worth 6000/-. So I need to pay vat of Rs. 995/- on COD...so while receiving gifts...pay COD as rs.995/-

A caller called Radhika told she is calling from way2sms. She said you have own the lucky draw. You will receive a 22ct gold necklace made from jagadamba jeaellery with warranty card. You have to pay the vat amount rs.995 . when i called to the same no. It goes to a medical department. Another called ashish for confirmation of address for delivery. Today i supposed to receive the gift parcel. After reading above 2 comments i became aware of it. Be aware of these cheaters. I received 2 calls starting with 78350...

same lucky draw and 3k sms and gold necklace from Jagdamba Jewellers, story. Have told him to email me all the details and will respond email only... He insisted on getting the address on phone. Waiting for his email to come..

I had received a call today ( 07/12/2015) from +91 [protected].
6000 prize includes (3k recharge voucher and 3k sms, 22 carat gold pulse set)

Never respond to these type of calls. b careful guys n girls :)

Same thing happened with me...way2sms.com's CEO or any authority should take a serious action against these fraudsters. Each day a new employee picks up the call, and ask to call back after 1-2 days and doing this from last 2 months

exact same thing happened with me...i evn accidently gave them my home address too... i checked the mobile number on tru caller from which they called me and i found it spam by almost 200 people .. and they call me almost everyday ..

And way2sms should be taking action against ppl who are using their name to fool other people

Me too received a call today on behalf of Way2sms stating that I have won 3000 rs voucher and a sim card with free national sms and earrings of Jagadamba jewellers which will required me to pay about 800 Rs COD. But as soon as I ended the call and started giving the thought about the recent news... and thought about the items of the gift and it instantly occured to me the risk with each items... A jewellery could easily be a cheap metal one and who knows the voucher would work and the sim can be fake. To confirm about it I googled and was happy to find this link which confirmed my intuition.

I do feel the concerned authorities should tale strict actions against such...

i also got the same call about way2sms gift.. at the time of varifcation i said them to send the gift .. but now i don't want that gift cause its fraud.. but they are forcing me to take that gift. do anyone have any suggestion, if have the plz reply me!!!

I just got a call from a certain Dinesh Verma (Contact no: [protected]) saying I've won a necklace from Jagdamba Jewellers, Hyderabad and a recharge voucher worth INR 3, 000. I was told to pay INR 999 for covering VAT charges for these gifts.

I told him I'd already read about this scam on the official Way2sms website and that if he shared his ID, I'd get in touch with Way2sms myself. He then quickly disconnected the phone, saying I should call back in case I'm interested.

Fun experience!

Please note this is a fake company. Caller Dinesh Verma - [protected]. This is the new no. they are calling from these days. After you receive the gift they will start ignoring you

I want to take stern action against them and teach a lesson to everyone in their office. Help me to do this.
