Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. — Sub broker deposit amount of 19871.87 not refunding after 8 months & no response back either

I wish to bring it to everyone's notice the cheap practices of way2wealth brokers pvt ltd.
I got a sub broker membership from way2wealth brokers pvt ltd.in 2010 @ a initial cost of 1, 00000/-rs as deposit which is refundable as per sebi sun broker rules.
In 2016, i asked to cancel & sent all the relevant documents to mr. Satya paribas of way2wealth.
He ackknowledged that he received the documents & forwaded the documents for redemtion of the amt 19871.87rs via cheque that will be handed over to me in the next 6months.
I had also asked him to sell the shares & close 2 accounts with them that were under my sunbrokership.
Nor has he responded back, nor any emails from way2wealth regarding the status, instead i got a pdf file which shows that the amt of 19871.87 dr.

They keep telling me they (Amit & satya paribas [protected]@wealth head of department for equities) will callme back in 10minutes & then never call back. I have made several emails dated 3/4 mnths back but they never respond back to my emails regarding my refund cheque status.
I'm going to sebi & the police to register a case against them today.

Hence, i would strongly suggest to complain about them to sebi instead of joining any services with them.
