I am writing a second complaint to add more points...i got a call from an apparent customer service personnel claiming that they will refund my money back. This hasn't happened so far and I will be filing a complaint with the cyber crime to pursue these guys if the refund doesn't come through in 1 more day. Also with the consumer forum. Not very difficult to track these guys down if they think they can get away with it. Was this information helpful? |
