I am Sagar. I randomly got a call from waytohotel.com which is based in noida, UP under company - "Confiance Subnet Solution Pvt. Ltd." luring the customer for giving holiday packages at 10499 in which 4 people can stay for 3 Nights & 4 Days. Giving false assurance on giving Nikon cool pic camera on buying this package.

This website is assoicated with tripgateaway.in where thousands of consumer complaints and petition for consumer grievances are registered. Now same people have started this fradulant practice under website name "WaytoHotel.com"

I have been misguided and given assurance on giving the assurance to do my booking procedure with one of the resort in lonavala name "Fariyaz". After getting my money Rs. 10499 debited from my card i asked for the details and booking confirmation with hotel they started explaining about the policies of first confirmation process then sending hard copy of booking request 21 days prior then will get confirmation on booking. I found fishy and checked with hotels and got to know they don't have any tie up or association with any hotels.

As per their mails and company's refund policies that customer can ask for cancellation of the package prior making any booking confirmation done where 20% amount will be deducted for immediate cancellation which will be completed in maximum 5-7 working days. I am asking for the refund under their policies and waytohotel people are declining to cancel and giving fake promises.

I had also received call from waytohotel ...
good that you put on website to know their fake promises...
Height of these people now is they say remove the complaint and then they will give you the booking, if they want to give it they will first provide the booking and we will immediately remove the complaint.

They are asking me too to first resolve all complaints in website and apologies in website only then the will refund the money.. I told them its not the mater of money its the matter of truth and right.. We must sue them in the court.

They are fraud guys.. They have not delivered any thing. They are some four five guys and keep talking with different name. they ask for valid ID card, which I suspect they can misuse it. Please donot share your valid ID card or any credentials. When I asked for cancellation and refund of package they stoped replying to my email. I have raised the complaint on consumer court today. Lets see If I can my refund. But more important is those guys must be prosecuted by our court.
Right They also called me and promised phone and tablet, I also have misguided and fooled by them. They have not provided any gift and for any hotel booking they are asking for valid ID card, Which I suspect they can misuse it. So I asked for cancellation but they are now even not refunding money back. I have also lodged complaint in consumer court now.

Bharti I was also promised to receive gift as an Tablet. But no gift from them. They are fraud and so do not believe on their words. Do not transact any single penny to them.
I got a call too just few minutes back! My phone immediately prompted me that it is a SPAM Caller but still I wanted to check whether the phone was giving wrong information. Upon speaking to them a typical Delhi accent person speaks up which is not too uncommon where fraudsters are concerned. I heard on, went with the roll, gave them my email ID too and got an email too wow! Just when I started to feel they were genuine! But the information seemed very false and misleading...too lucrative I would say! Sorry waytohotel.com, if you were indeed rolling out the deals you would be in loss, doesn't work in this world of expenses :P

I checked on the internet, found one of many links such as this which said it is fake and it was sufficient to save my time listening to fraudsters!

We should be unite to register case against them. I have raised the complaint in Consumer court. Have anyone also register complaint in consumer court. I am not sure how to register case against them under IPC act. Today I received email from them to remove my comments and complaints then only they will refund my money else they will register case against me.
They are fraudster.

I saw everyone complaint against way2hotel / Confiance Subnet Solutions on Consumer Complaints site. Facts quoted by u all are absolutely correct. There are many other complaints on same site against them with more facts and modus operandi. U can access these. There is no doubt that this is a fraud company out to dupe people and doing unscrupulous and dishonest business. Probably also engaged in black money laundering. It is very bad for them that our present PM is in office otherwise they would have survived and gotten away under previous govts. Modi will not leave such anti-national people. The company is registered with ROC Kanpur, Address of Noida/ Ghaziabad. Such people should not be left unpunished. U can take some strong actions to get back ur own izzat and also help other people who have been swindled like u. Complaining to private sites like consumer complaints will not help.

U all take these actions :-
1 - Write to PMO blackmoney site to investigate if these people are not engaged in anti-national black money racket. Email - [protected]@incometax.gov.in - giving details of their fraud actions and swindling tourists, bringing bad name to country. details in next point.
2 - Write to Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) mca.gov.in to cancel licence of both these fraud companies because of nefarious activities.. Also complain to them against Registrar of Companies Kanpur for giving licence probably after taking bribe. Details:-

If an investigation is done by Income Tax or Enforcement Directorate it will either confirm the bad intent or otherwise of these people of the companies.

I am Rajendra Chavan, me too got a call from Way to hotel and their executive Mr. Shubham informed me that if I book their package of Rs. 10, 499/- I will be one of the 20 Lucky customer and will get Sony Xpeira tablet from company. He told same thing to me and my other 2 friends Mukesh Mestry and Rupesh. We all made online payment of Rs. 10, 499/- each but none o[censored]s has got Sony Xpeira tablet yet. the company is not ready to refund us the money. They are asking us to write to their legal department. We wrote to their legal and got their standard reply as below

We have scrutinised your issue and have found the following points of consideration:-

1. A prospective customer can only proceed booking the package on accepting the mandatory Terms & Conditions which is an express and specific acceptance of the terms.

2. The package page clearly mention all the terms of the package and the same terms are also emailed to the prospective customer.

3. Before booking a package all the terms are clearly mentioned on the package as well as in the Terms & Conditions clearly.

4. As per our record we don’t see any discrepancy with regard to the information as available to you, however as you are our customer we request you to kindly use the package as per the terms & conditions.

Not sure how they scrutinised the issue :-). As I have not got any call from their legal department. rather got call from their senior sales manager Mr. Patel, he gave me another lucrative offer that if me and my friend pay them Rs. 21, 000/- they will provide all o[censored]s Samsung galaxy s6 edge plus mobile phone.

I have been sending mails to the legal team hoping to get my money back but not received any reply yet.

My request to all readers is Please do not believe any executive, sales person from way to hotel.com
