DEAR SIR/ MADAM,
I pankaj Mukherjee from mogra, hooghly want to inform you that, from last 6 month my house metre in my name was stopped working and for that when i and my family member goes to our local office at Mogra for submitting the application, they simply ignore the matter and told us that they aware about it and do the need full in time.
But it already 6 month over and still now it not replace and due to that i have to pay excess amount of Rs 1600 per month which was very high payment for me and my family to manage.
So i heartly request you to please take the immediate action and allow us a suitable bill for alive.
I onces again request you to please take an immediate action and ask our local office to serve us a positive service without any harrastment.
