I tried to payment electric bill on 4/9/2014 which amount Rs.456.49/- through my PNB inter net Banking but not success.This amount is not credited my pnb account till now. I had tried to pay electric bill on 4/11/2014 through PNB internet banking. The amount has been debited from my account but bill payment not success. so, i have not receive receipt bill from wbsedcl.
That is why kindly take soon necessary action for transfer same amount to my account and oblige.
