Hi, My name is Chanchal Choudhary, I booked a Holiday package (Hong Kong & Macau) with WeAreHolidays website for 10, 2000 with GST (3570). First of all, GST was not supposed to pay by me as I have checked it with Make My Trip as well but I paid as they informed that tickets could be cancel for me. Second, On 5th Day in Macau, I was supposed to get Macau City Tour with Lunch but I didn’t get both of them, When I was leaving Delhi on 31st July even then I informed them that Tour & Lunch is not mentioned in the Final Document, please make sure that I will get it but they said “Don’t worry Mam You will get “. When I was leaving Hong Kong on 4th day for Macau I messaged a Guy: Samsher (As WeareHolidays have some tie-up with Lakeland Travels [[protected]@lakelandtravels.com] ) but he again said that don’t worry Mam, you will get everything” I came Delhi then I called Samser again (Monday) and asked for compensation then he said that he need 48hours to check it but he never came back to me. Then I called Debajib Das (Assistant Manager at WeAreHolidays) but he gave me Talla that he will check with Samser then provide me an update but he also never came back to me. Then I called him again & he didn’t answered my call. All sudden, Monica from WeAreHolidays called me and asked for trip feedback, I shared the whole incident with her & she asked me to send an email to their Customer Care: [protected]@weareholidays.com which I did and got a reply that they will refund me 1450 rs. But Macau City Tour cost is 450(Each) Dollar and I was with my Husband, So You can take an idea for 2 people. But I spend 700 HNKG Dollars for City Tour & 150 Dollar for Lunch as it was very costly & difficult to find the Veg Food. Here are my Question: • Is this is way WeAreHolidays treat their customer? • For such kind of Experience I went to them? • How they are calculating the Refund amount (If they will say that they book packages in Shared Model then package which is for 450HNKG Dollar, after everything/all discounts/bulk bookings they can get it either for 300 or 350 ) so how come they are refunding 1450 to me. • And What about Lunch? (Please go to Macau once and then see How costly Indian Food is ) Its been 20 days for all this conversation . this is 100% false complaint,
First of all we gave you all services which you paid for ? Good Hong & Macau package starts from 65K - 85K Per Person. But due to Budget Problem you choose the package for INR 50000 /- with flight, hotel, meal, tours & Transfers. But you expect the services for 85K Packages. So no travel agent can offer you all luxury services and tours @ Low budget.
Note : we checked as You did not Purchase any Macau tour over there, but you claim us for the tour cost. and for future client relation we refund you the amount, which was never included in your package cost.
