WeChat — wechat user account change to another person

Sir,

I wanted to report that my mother wechat account that currently used and that had been added in our group chat suddenly cannot function normally.

It seems like this account with the same phone no is taken over by somebody else or change to another person user account with the same phone number. The reason i said this is because whenever i try to register back my mom wechat account by uninstall and reinstall wechat app, it always show unsuccessful and the ordinary wechat account user is removed and treated as the fake account user. I just wonder why this incident can happen? Any further action i can take to change all this? Pls advice abt this. Thank you.
