Weightshake factory - fraud factory!!

Full fraud...
Bought 4 months package from them.
Pathetic staff pathetic dietician.

All they do is follow up with u until you buy their services, after that it's you who follow-up.. Highly unprofessional staff. They start shouting on you or behave rude if you cross question them on anything or point fingers on their staff relevantly.

I bought their services for 4 months and all these 4 months all i lost is only 5-6 kgs...
That also because i was gyming and also doing studio workout in the morning and evening, if wouldn't have done that., i would have neither lost weight nor inches..

Since i have started my diet.. Only once the dietician spoke to me, he never called me after that.. And her assistant also never called from her side. I only have to followup on things and that too the respond the reply comes when they want when they are free as if all work is on their plate...

The most fraudest part is they will never tell you that we will have to buy medicines and proteins etc from them which is highly costly and is over and above their dietician package.

Their services are lethargic and disgusting.. They claim 100% result but i didn't get any satisfactory results and when asked claimed for money back the owner mr. Sandeep started talking nonsense and derrogatorily started commenting on me..

No one from their team is bothered to even check on if the customer is satisfied or not. They don't even will send the diet chart themselves, u will have to remind them everytime.

I also doubt the references, the success stories they share post is all created and of their own people.. The results are negligible.

I am so annoyed and i want all my money i wasted on these guys.. Which is not a small amount but 15k..
Medicines and all i m sure they will not take back.. Which also costsed me around 15-16 k till now.. And all these 30-31 k all i have lost is 5-6 kgs and taken # and torture from them..

Until you shout on them they will try to push u down.. Once you raise ur voice they will either not speak or stop reverting and start ignoring.

From last 6 days, when i last spoke to the owner sandeep gupta i got no message no calls nothing from him.. Because i stated him clearly that i want my money back..

They claim that they send reminders for meals.. They give reminder calls.. But trust me guys all these 3 months there was hardly a day they called me or sent me msg for reminding about the meal..

At the very beginning i told them i had pcod problem.. I fail to understand on what behalf they prepare uthe diet chart. As they don't know the bmi they haven't gone through my past reports.. But they just keep sending the diet charts randomly..

And sadest part is the last diet chart i rec'd was not even prepared by the dietician but her assistant.

The biggest fraud of 30k in my life.. I wish i could get all. My money back and highlight these people in front of public.

30k for an individual is a huge amount.. I am going to go to the consumer forum.. And ask them help me get my money back.. I also have all mails and all chats saved with me for a these 3 months..

Guys don't ever buy their services... Never ever.
