Weion Enterprises — weion enterprises send me one legal notice for not completing typing work and asking to pay 15000

Dear ranjith, this company is making same thing with a lot of people, I want everyone who is a part of, unite and file a complaint in the court against weion enterprises company. Or else it will harrass or will take someone to death. These kind of companies will won't hesitate to take life of a person, I don't know where you are from, please comment your contact number.

This company is doing same with me
And not answering it's helpline no. different people are calling me and giving me warnings that they will file a complaint against me for not completing work

Let us be united bring issues against company give ur num bro according to terms conditions there was nothing written that we hace to pay extra mobey foe extra time and they took my peraonal information with out sending any legal agreement

Weion Enterprises — issues with the company fake terms and conditions and blackmailing

Sir I was given a workload of 150 pages as a home based job .
I did as it was advised to me
I submitted the workload as well sir
But yesterday they sent me an email saying that my work is not accurate and I have to pay 9.7k rupees sir
When they called me they were shouting at me sir, calling me illiterate and even abused me calling me illiterate as well as harassing me . They did not even gave me a chance to speak
Now they are threatening to put me on court sir and im trying my best to bring a solution but all they're giving me in response is just the 10, 000 sir
They took all my personal contact details as well sir through WhatsApp
And now they're threatening me
Please help me sir
I'm from a poor background
I did this job to assist my studies
And now they're threatening me
What shall I do sir ???
and the main important thing is no legal agreement is issued before joining the job but they took all our personal details saying that the respective link will expire. and when we asked for extra time in the last minute they asked 8.5k from us as we are students we cannot pay such kind of large amount according to terms and conditions they must provide extra time for free.

and say to me You have time of 2 hours to pay the penalty Amount 35510/- otherwise the legal action will be initiated under fraud and agreement breach case. After this your penalty will be increased and only you will be responsible for it.

Our client has instructed us to register your case as per Indian Contract Act 1873 under section 73, 74 and 75. Sooner you will be receiving two copies of the legal notice. One soft copy on your mail and another hard copy on your postal address. Kindly consult your lawyer and provide us your official statement.
