The incident took place today on 14 Jan 2017 around 3:45 A.M. in Powai Wellness forever pharmacy this should be brought to your notice the way your night shift staff Mr amarsingh has treated me by his offending words " arey ye kaan mein leke betha hain kya " is this the way you speak to your customers to be honest with you my mother is suffering with cancer n is admited in Hiranandani hospital I may have over heard him I just visited your medical store to buy tropicana coz there was nothing to eat around 3 45 am and since I over heard him your staff offended me by those unkind words not expected at all .you need to understand that people come there with stress and hope but if your staff keeps treating people by verbal abuse you certainly need to take corrective actions I hope I'm not overtaking but at least from now one no other person would at least be verbally abused IT'S A DISGRACE THAT BECAUSE OF ONE STAFF THE NAME WELLNESS FOR EVER HAS TOUCHED GROUND ZERO am disappointed.
