With due regards i have to say that i've join electricity to my qrnof40 /9, burla on dt 9/12/2016 with security amount rs1270. But till today i have not provide any bill, the administration said the meter reading is in negative reading and they cutoff my electricity from today dt21/11/17 at 10am without any previous information.
So plz do any permanent solution regarding this issue and obliged.
