Wesco, Sambalpur — paid online before due date but not get the digital discount

Dear sir,
i am a domstic consumer vide[protected], i am regurlarly paid my bill via digital gateway, on 27th april 2019 i am paid rs 3896 amount through google pay as deducted digital discount, that bill due date is 30th april, i paid in due time. and the biller get crefited amount after 10 days on 7th may 2019, so i got current bill with arrear dues. of rs. 189.49, and i visited to customer care office, budharaja, sambalpur, they refused to help in this matter, and suggest me to paid bill at over the counter, (than what is use of digital payment) if you not giving digital payment priority, why consumer support this..
and one more thing. please provide us 10days time after billing date..to pay. because system takes 3 days to show amount after billing and payment also have takes 3-5 days to credited. PLEASE LOOK AFTER IN THIS MATTER.
