Wesco, Sambalpur — Request for Refund the Extra Security Deposit paid for 3KW

Dear Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention that upto July’2015 my electricity power consumption load was 2kw and Security deposit was Rs.1062/-. After verification from Rourkela Electric office, the power consumption load has been increased from 2kw to 3kw along with a advise to make additional security deposit of Rs.1796/- for the extra consumption load i.e. 2 kw to 3kw. According to the letter/bill received from Rourkela Electric office & advice by them I have deposited the same. Now my total security deposit is (Rs.1062+Rs.1796) Rs.2857 against 3KW, inspite of actual Rs.1796 for 3KW. I also raised the same question to Rourkela Ellectric Office (address OO/12 Civil Township, Rourkela) before the payment of the said bill, they told me paid the amount fast after that we will adjust the extra amount with your next bill. After the payment now they said that "the extra payment never adjust with bill and after payment they have nothing to do, it will be showing your security deposite." Please tell me why I pay extra security deposit for my consumption Load 3KW. My average electric consumption is 120-150 units. Kindly look this matter & do the needful. Till Date my security deposite not upto date in my electric bill.
