I have filed a complaint with state medical council in 2014.
Later i filed a consumer case also
After 3 years medical council wants me to appear before them for investigation.
Since my case is pending at consumer fora, i want to hold investigation at medical council now. But they are saying they are not debarred from investigation even if matter is pending consumer forum.
Pls suggest in this scenario, should i and can i withdraw my complain from consumer forum? Was this information helpful? |
