Hi I am not able to login as consumer in www.wbsedcl.in with my login credential. When i am giving credential, its always navigating to only one page with error message: "no portal roles are assigned for this user. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator." I need to pay my bills immediately for this consumer. Hence please solve the login problem as early as possible. THANK YOU AMIT BARMAN  | |
