Respecter Sir, With due respect it is to inform you that I requested higher authorities several times personally & also through telephone, email ("rgro.burdwan", WBSEDCL, HPC WBSEDCL, cmd, Kausik Basak ) for correction of electric bill . Meter reading was 124 units but my house was under lock & key on that day & also there was no power from August’17. I physically met with the Station Manager, Burdwan Sector-I CCC, Power House, Burdwan .He told me that the problem would be solved since this was the first time case. No power in my house from August, 17 and I lodged one complain for this reason on 04.09.17.On23.05.18 I requested Station Manager to solve the power problem. He sent some persons & found problem outside building & connect power line from outside. On that day they noted meter reading 124 unit in presence of me . As per Station Manager's instruction I applied an application on 23.05.18 for shifting Electric Meter from inside to outside of the house. As per instruction I deposited Rs.200/- on 24.05.18 .Also I got one letter on 28.05.18 to deposit Rs.1800/-. I deposited Rs.1800/ on 29.05.18 for installation meter at outside of the building.Electrical meter was installed outside of the house around first week of June'18 as per instruction of Station Manager, Burdwan Sector-1 CCC, Power House. Meter reading was 124 units during shifting the meter from inside the house to outside the house. I got one notice on 23.11.18 to pay Rs.5154/-. Bill amount Rs.5154/-is not justified since Meter reading on that period was zero unit.House was under lock & key on meter reading day. I request you that you will instruct concern person to make a fresh bill as per meter reading(meter running condition) that I can pay my dues immediately. I am trying to solve the problem but till date problem is not solved after several request to several persons. It is not possible for me to attend office of the Station Manager, Burdwan Sector-1 CCC, Power House from Dhanbad to Burdwan frequently.
