[Resolved] West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — duplicate payment against january electricity bill | |||
Hi, I made payment for my electricity bill on 31st march 2019 for my bill of january. The amount due was 1495 and tried to make the payment using paytm. While using paytm, the amount was deducted from my back account, but the status of my bill payment remained the same. As the payment wasn't successful, i made the same payment for that month again via billdesk this time. This payment was successful but the earlier amount didnt get reverted to my account. Please check once and revert me the amount that was paid extra. Was this information helpful? | |||
