West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — for refund of quotation amount

Hi,

I have applied online for new electricity connection and by mistake i chose wrong supply office an paid full quotation amount of rupees 6665 online.
But later i was told in electricity office that my supply area will be different.
Hence my request is to refund my quotation amount and cancel my existing application so that i can apply for the fresh one.
