I have applied for a new connection online with the above subject...i have complained 3 times through mail; 15/2/17, 22/2/17 &9/3/17...just after receiving my mail they have send a staff to my house for verification on 23/2/2017 at 9 am...he enquired the matter and he took away the documentary evidence of myself and other three inhabitants who resides separately in the same premises...then he assured us that all my documents are okey ..he said that they will provide connection within two days but no reply has been send from their side... My family is facing a lot of trouble...as we have to go from here and there to know about our connection.. No bill for the period Dec'16 to Feb'17 has been sent though meter Read on 02/03.03.17, not yet published in website, no mobile message which is usually sent instantly. Please send the bill early so that I can pay in time on line. Most of other residents in my building had already paid on due date.

I sent a RTI petition to the SPIO, RE Head Quarter, WBSEDCL, 2nd Floor, D-Block, Vidyut Bhavan, Salt Lake, Kol - 700091 dt. 28.12.2016 and getting no reply I sent a reminder dt. 06.02.2017. But unfortunately, no information I have so far been got.
Therefore, I request to supply me the information at an early date.

I am paid e-bill through OnlineBillPay in 11/03/2017 12:24 P.M, 97.33/- .
But receipt copy had not show that why i can;not print of successful traduction.
Then i again paid this 97.33/- Rupees.
The problems is here that i paid 2 time for one e-bill .
So, my hearty request that please check it and please refund my money.
