Sir,
I am a consumer of wbsedcl. Our village is kukhura ps nalhati dist birbhum wb. Our substation power house is nalhati 1. Our 11000 line is connected near pathra village through fuse system. So whenever little bit wind blows or rains little bit, the fuse gets disconnected automatically. Then our village remains in dark with electricity. We had complained for this many times but there was no improvement in it. Since yesterday 5pm till now there is no electricity in our village.

Kindly make the said connection directly instead of fuse system and let us exempt from this acute problem.

Daily basis electricity was shutdown aprox afternoon time 2pm to 4 pm.Than remember shurtdown night time was after 9 pm to 11-12pm..its a daily basis electricity ruting
