I am trying to pay my bill of june-august, 2017 online after login in wbsedcl site. When i am going to the page of confirmation of bank detail the page is hanging out after confirmation. My due date with rebet is within 21st june, 2017. But i am not able to pay on line even trying in different pcs and mobiles also. Kindly see the matter and solve the problem immediately by 20th junem 2017.

I Sanatan Barman, a consumer of WBSEDCL under Matiari electric supply office.
From last night, this meter is not working properly, actually it has no power supply.
So, its my humble requst to you, please send a co-ordinator who can help me out from this problem.
