Sir, my consumer no[protected], i want to payment of my elect bill, vide bill period is feb, 17 to apr, 17. For payment of my elect bill on 05.02.2017(sunday), i go through quick pay option. I select bill desk, then press confirm. But i am getting no response. Please advise proper way for payment of elect bill through online payment. Continue use of electricity even after disconnect fro consumer no[protected] bp no-8526207 dated 23 Nov 17 by the leave and licensee named Moupriya Bhattacharjee and Koushik Choudhary and taking illigal connection by hooking.

My Consumer ID is[protected]. As I go to pay online for the current bill it does not work.Please look into the matter and advise me accordingly.Reading date of the current bill is 4.2.2017. And the first due date is 14.02.2017.

I can't understand the problem. All time( each billing cycle) we are receving the hardcopy bill before 5-6 days of softcopy bill.You are counting from that date. Why not paying timely online? You should dispatch the three months bill at a time both.We are expecting it from your side.
