I would request you to arrange for generation & production of the spot electricity bill for the period july-2019 to sept 2019 immediately. Today (29/06/2019) your concern person is failed to generate spot bill due to wrong inst. No. 4238858 marked on body of the new meter (In place of correct inst no. 4238868) which had been installed on 27/03/2019 to replace the earlier electro-mechanical old meter.
I hope, necessary action to be taken as soon as possible.
