I have an issue with the double payment of bill for the same months of december, 2019 and january, 2020. I have paid the rs.688/- as bill amount for the said months through paytm, ref no: (W20191125215111690102280591) and an amount of 1011/- was debited from my auto pay credit card as the bill amount of 3 months which include december, 2019 and january, 2020. i, Sri Syamal Aditya today i, e on 2.1.2021 (con id[protected]paid the monthly electricity bill) for January-2021, through wbsedcl portal, online. but after first payment I did not receive any message from wbsedcl and I further made 2nd payment through same portal.After half an hour I received 2 messages that Rs 1541+1541=3082 have been debited from my account vide Txn id VSM[protected] AND VSM[protected] OF STATE BANK OF INDIA, COURT BRANCH SILIGURI on 2.1.21.Immediately I took mini statement and found the matter correct.In this regard I fervently request your good self for adjusting it for the preceding month February 2021.
