Why online payment portal of WBSEDC is defunct ? As I touch the confirm button for payment the site invariably hangs. Usually, I have to make payments for 5 services. Due to your inactive portal I am forced to make payments at a kiosk. The problem is nothing new. It is time to pay heed to it.
