[Resolved] Western Club Online Shopping — product is not received

I have given the order of one Saree on 24 Jan 19. I already paid the amount. Then I have received the message your order has been successfully placed with order no 55413 and it will be delivered within 15 days. But till now I have not received the item. I have done two to three mails to him but they have not give the reply. His phone number is also fraud. Please do something to refund my amount. +5 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Feb 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved How the problem is resolved. I have not get the amount back and not received the product.

I had ordered two items on jan 22 2019, but till not received any item nor my money is refund.its a fraud company and cheating people.

I ordered products worth Rs.2100 in this site but still not there is no information about my product and nor I am able to contact them. I need my money back how can I do so.
