Western Digital — drive letter assignment

Address: Hoshiarpur, Punjab

I am having pc with windows 7 and using two western digital hard drives (primary & secondary) and 1 cd rom. Windows has asiigned drive letters to each partition and cd rom. I want to change these drive letters. How can i change this drive letter assignment?? thanks in advance
