Western Digital — fraud while replacement


I purchase a hard disk on jan 2017, on october suddenly it stopped responding. I raised an request for replacement, after 15 days i got the hard disk. When i tried to use the same in my laptop, my laptop was not able to detect the hard disk. I called again to the toll free number. Agent told me that the hard disk which i got is the same one which i sent except the defective part. What they did, they changed the defective part, this kind of cheating wd is doing with customers.in the name of replacement they are just repairing the hard disk. Will definately esclate this issue.

My hard disk is not working .

after connecting to pc . pc is showing hard disk icon in device and printer window. but not able to use. in properties also its showing your device is working properly. but not able to see any icon in my computer window
Dear sir
my hard drive rma no 87374315 dated 6/01/2018 and curies details bludart traking id [protected], the company representative says the drive not replace because drive bar-code not detracted, but what can i do, please i request replace my drive.
