Western Digital — hard drive 24*7 surveillance

I have purchased a 2 tetra byte hard drive 2 months back and am using it for my cctv’s back up.in the starting days the hard drive was able to store 29 days back up but from last few days data cannot be stored for more than 9 days. Have formatted it twice. But seems like there is some issue/ fault in it. Kindly make some arrangements for its replacement. Mb - [protected]

Lalani International's response HI, I bought a Western Digital Blue PC Hard Drive 1TB MDL:(WD10EZEX)S/N: WCC6Y5CJ6JSZ . But i am sad to say that the drive is not working properly at the starting date of bought.Please guide me in the process of replacement.

I want a complain over WDBlue PC Hard Drive (WD10EZEX)1 TB .it is a western digital Product. at the stating date of bought it was not worked properly. so kindly solve this problem if any or refund the product
