Western Digital — I am complaining about wd hard disk which is not working and is in the warranty period.

I am having 1tb hard disk which is in my camera setup and is not working, not even showing in the system (Monitor). No damages done to hard disc or any part of the system from my side. It is having warranty of 3 years and is in the warranty period. As the system has been purchased last year. The system has no use without the hard disc as no recordings are saved. So we're stuck in this situation so it's a humble request to you to change the hard disk by providing us the new one as soon as possible.
