Western Digital — Internal hard disk replacement | |||
My name is hitesh i had purchased western digital hard disk from your panchkula dealer. Still the hard disk is in guarantee hard disk doesnot works properly when we contacted the person from whom we purchased the hard disk he said you have to enroll the complaint to the customer care. When we called your customer care they said you replaced your hard drive from the dealer you have purchased. This is the way we are harassing from your company. Did you register the drive on our website after purchasing?
Can you see the warranty on our website?
For the mean while try to attach the hard drive to another computer and test it.
Try to run DLG software utility, to confirm that the HDD is working properly and there is no bad sector.
