Western Digital — Replacement/ repair not given


Dear sir,
With reference to western digital case number #[protected] and wd my passport ultra 2tb serial number wxf1ec4el2sm, i would like to raise a complaint that the company has rejected to provide me replacement of the faulty device and on request for repair service, they declined it also.

Now i am helpless as they are not ready to repair it also.

Therefore i would like you to please look into the matter and help me with the same.

Hard disc is not supporting. So I am facing problum t proceed work.
Dear sir,
Hard disk is not working properly.
when i connect to pc it connect and disconnet with an interwal of 2 second to 3 second automatically and it hang my system also.
It does not connect to my LED and a message flash on screen "hard disk disconnect."

plz note my complain.
