My Name is Sakil Mahmud, I had submitted my Western Digital 2TB SATA Hard Disk ( In Warranty ) for replacement at Global Computers, Glolar More, West Bengal on 16th Feb 2022 and they told me that your replacement drive will be shipped at your residential address in 5-10 days but till date I have not received my replacement drive even after following up with WD Customer Care on their Toll-Free number and Chat support for 12 to 15 times and every time they give the same answer "We have escalated your case to the concerned shipping department and your product will be shipped soon but its nearly 2 months and still RMA STATUS is not showing shipped, I never expected this kind of service for an international company, please help me get my replacement product shipped as soon as possible.
